History and Identity
Terni combines ancient testimonies, industrial history and contemporary architecture. CAOS, in the former SIRI factory, hosts archaeological and art collections: it is an example of how work spaces have become places of culture.
Places and local life
The Marmore Falls and Lake Piediluco are two water landscapes in the area. Towards Cesi and Monte Torre Maggiore you come across villages, paths and remains of ancient temples: the municipality offers very different environments in addition to the urban centre.
A traditional dessert
Terni pampepato combines dried fruit, spices and chocolate. It is especially linked to Christmas holidays and domestic preparation.
